細胞角蛋白和/或EpCAM免疫熒光染色固定在載玻片上（用于鼠標樣本）

描述

CTC通常由細胞角蛋白染色鑒定。然而，鑒于一些CTC在上皮 - 間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化（EMT）期間可能失去細胞角蛋白的現(xiàn)實，Cyligen提供了額外的EpCAM染色以幫助增加對CTC檢測的敏感性。

固定在Cyligen包被的CTC載玻片上的細胞的IF染色防止剝落并使背景小化，保持細胞的良好形態(tài)，并且便于長期儲存。從小鼠血液富集的免疫染色的人類CTC適用于通過激光捕獲顯微切割進行的計數(shù)和單細胞分析。
